no penguin love?
So, I'm a bargain shopper at heart. And I LOVE Target. And Christmas (and everything that goes along with it). Combine all these things with the fact that there is rumor that we are getting a KING SIZED BED for Christmas (woo-hoo!), and I was in heaven when I saw this sheet set (any size) on sale for only $12.97.
The problem? While in Target last night, I excitedly showed them to Tony, who immediately got a dumbstruck look on his face. I think he was trying to figure out if I was serious about purchasing them or not. I was. Tony tried his best, but busted up laughing...
He kept saying...I KNOW you want these. And I WANT to say yes, but HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
Try as he might, he couldn't picture himself going to sleep and waking up on these cute little penguins. You think I might be upset. Nope. His reaction was so freakin funny, that I, too, was laughing so hard that I almost started crying. Poor little penguins...you get no respect.
Perhaps I'll go back to see if they are re-stocked with the snowflake sheet set instead...
